Building DIY CNC Router Machines. My Latest PROJECT.

With so many blogs lost to the phone gods it's been an arduous Journey documenting new builds.
In the last one year's time I've lost over 9 blog builds.

So now im taking the time diving in headfirst to the world of CNC from all my years of tinkering with them, to making Products with them, and Building Custom  Machines for Myself & Customers.

Here is a 5'x5'  3 Axis Machine I Custom Made Recently for a Customer.

Here is the machine during Mock up, pre paint

 This was the  Z axis after final assembly on the X axis

I then Attached the Gantry End Plates to the X Axis

Then I Bolted on the Gantry Plate Gussets and Rail Bearing Blocks.

The Machine Used Over 1000' of wire in total.

Barely Fit all the Components in the Enclosure, Fit like a Glove.

 All Shielded cabling was used going to Screw on Din plugs

What a Nice Machine it turned out to be.

I will post pics of some cuts it has made and some good final pics in the next few days.

Here's a Water table Plasma Cutting CNC Table I made a few months back.

 This was during fitment and Mock up before paint.

This is a small CNC Kit I'm trying to develop as a Product very close to being done.

Very few things left to finish this little

3'×3'  3Axis Router/Laser/Plasma Beast machine!
