Yes Thank you Sooooo much Kim Has Deserved Her System For So Long She Drives No Less Than 120 miles a Day!
She Is So Happy Now Bumpin on Down the road.

Well To thank Nick I told him we would start building his Jeep bumper the Next day and i would put MY Jeep on hold for the time being!
He Was So Happy!!!!   "back ground" ((((Little Nicky Laugh)))   lol

So There It Was
Thats what i am doing tomorrow i guess
Good Im Glad I Hated his Rectangle Block Bumper It Was Big Square & Just There!
7am he Shows up  We took off to B&B Metals.
he had an idea in his head what he wanted and an Iphone to show me on! lol
so i got a great idea on how he was wanting the bumper!
Nice Bumper Mount Swing Tire Carrier.  It Was Easily "Do able"
so we snagged up all the metal and headed to Tractor Supply Co.
where i had an idea for the hinge! "HEAVY DUTY!"
PERFECT!

We bought a Trailer Stub Axle & Wheel Bearings with Races.
That Oughta Be Strong Enough!
Back to B & B Metals for the Hinge Hub Pieces, Home Depot for the Wire & Supplies, Then back to the Garage!
Once there i had the Main Tire Swing Body Completely Cut And Welded  Within 20 Mins

Then i cut The Inner Spacers, And the Bearing hub to Determined Lengths, Drilled 4 Holes through Both While Jigged in place  and put in the bearing races.
I Thought to my self "This Is The Perfect Hinge"
When that was done i Promplty Began Chopping And Cutting His Old Bumper To Unrecognizeable Shreds. lol

Nick Did Not Look Happy! lol
Kim came out and asked Nick to take her to Costco with his card to get allergy medicine so they split for like 20 mins when he got back he realized i had most of the plates for the bumper cut and Spot welded in place.
Man Was He Happy... No Seriously He Was Stoked!!! Last He Saw Was a Carcass
Now This!  He could finally see what i was seeing in my head the whole time and it was Such a Warm Fuzzy Inside Feeling For Him!!!!  lol
LOL    Sorry Nick   LOL
The Next Day We Got up   and Got Going About 7am  he Showed up and we got it all cleaned up for the Paint Job & Tire Mount attached & Painted it up!

all in all it was a Killer Fun project that Kinda Outta The Blued Me!

In The End I Was SUPER HAPPY With the Final Product
An $600-$800 Bumper For $less Than $200
The Hinge Was $75 Alone if not a little More!
Well Im Tired Its Bed Time And Until Next Time Keep Moving Forwad &
Get "R" Done
